Scripture Passage: Luke 2:8-20

Main Point: Jesus came to bring great joy!

Summary: The things in life that bring us the greatest joy often started with a deep fear. The shepherds the night of Jesus birth also were afraid of the glory of God until the angels assured them Jesus had come to bring great joy to the people. Sometimes we’re afraid of what Jesus might call us to or what it might mean to follow him but we must always remember first and foremost that Jesus came to bring good news of great joy for all the people.
